Processing an insurance claim is never a simple matter. No two claims are the same and all require active management to ensure an equitable resolution.

To assist our clients maximize their recovery, ICC uses Case Teams consisting of professionals with relevant experience to the loss. Case Teams are comprised of a Client Manager, Supervisor and other professionals. The Client Manager serves as the main contact with the client and insurance carrier and has full responsibility for the outcome of the claim. The Supervisor is responsible for all day-to-day activity, including the management of internal communications, data accumulation and the marshalling of all of the professional expertise required for the loss such as: adjusters, accountants, general contractors, cost estimators, engineers, and photographers.

This approach, unique to the industry, ensures open and timely communication and problem solving, leading to a quicker resolution.
