The ICC team led by company founder, Raul Rivero, have settled the insurance claim on the Hotel Montana! The firm represented the owner of the Hotel, the Cardozo Family, where 108 people perished due to the earthquake that devastated Port Au Prince on January 12th, 2010. ICC maximized the claim despite resistance from the insurance carriers who wrote the policies on the Hotel Montana and collected their premiums for many years. Now the Cardozo family can move forward in their effort to rebuild the Hotel and the lives that were affected by this disaster. The ICC team continues to work on claims, on behalf of the Cardozo Family and other prominent Haitian business people, to insure that there rights are upheld and their lives can move forward. ICC is working dilligently in documenting damages, losses caused due to work stoppage and inventory losses so that the insureds in Haiti get what they deserve. The battle does not stop with the insurance carriers who, despite this horrific occurance, are fighting each claim in order to try to minimize their responsibilities and payouts. ICC will not rest until all of their clients rights are adequately met!
