Director of Operations
Art is our Vice President of Operations. As such, he is responsible for the timely and accurate development of claim scopes and estimates as well as negotiating claims with insurance companies. He is a licensed Public Adjuster (PA) in the State of Florida and has achieved an Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) Designation. He is well suited to this industry with over 40 years experience in the construction industry in both single family and commercial building and remodeling. He is particularly knowledgeable of interior wall and roofing systems construction.
In addition to the PA License and ACA Designation, Art holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland. He has done some academic work at the Doctoral Level in Organizational Leadership. He is a certified Senior Human Resource Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management and is listed in the 1996 International Who’s Who of Professionals.
